Coach Kelly Batt Hey, I’m Kelly! Your physical preparation coach, mindset mentor & positive reinforcement.

You don’t feel the effects of sitting for hours in one day. You feel them after weeks, months, and years of not making time to move.

It’s the tight hips after a day at the desk.

The stiff back when you stand up.

The shoulders that seem to creep closer to your ears with every busy week.

And somehow, here we are already in the 6th month of the year.

How is your body feeling?

That’s why, 18 weeks ago, we started our Monday night Flexibility Class.

A simple hour each week to slow down, move, breathe, and give our bodies some of the attention they deserve.

Week after week, I’ve watched people walk in feeling tight and tired, then leave moving easier, feeling more relaxed, and wondering why they didn’t start sooner.

A huge thank you to this incredible community for continuing to show up for yourselves and each other. 💚

Tonight’s class is now fully booked!

If June is the month you start making a little more time for your body, I’m also coaching a virtual stretch class this Wednesday at 5:30am.

Join from home and start your day feeling looser, lighter, and ready for whatever the day brings.

Send me a message with “FLEX” and I’ll send you the details.

Ok… the rain officially won this week 🌧️😅

Run club has now been postponed TWICE — and honestly, since moving to Australia, I don’t think I’ve ever had to do that before!

BUT… rainy days don’t stop us from showing up.
Rain jacket on. Fresh air. Movement. Community. 💛

And this is exactly why having the right people around you matters.

One of the amazing ladies who joined our Learn to Run sessions just 4 weeks ago called me this week and shared the BEST update…
✨ Improved running technique
✨ Better breathing
✨ Better pacing
✨ And she just achieved a PB!!

The crazy part?
We only run these sessions every 2 weeks… and now we have to wait another 6 weeks for the next one! Yet in such a short amount of time, the progress has been incredible.

This is the power of consistency.
The power of support.
The power of community.

You don’t need to do it alone — and you definitely don’t need to be “good enough” to start.

It’s amazing what can change in 4 weeks when you stop trying to do it alone.

“Foam rolling is torture.”

That’s usually the first thing I hear..

Last night after flexibility class, one of my clients — who’s been showing up consistently for 12 weeks — rolled out on the foam roller and said…

“Actually… this feels nice.”

A HUGE win 👏

Because foam rolling isn’t about punishment. It’s about learning to release tension, breathe through tightness, and help your body move better. At first, your muscles fight it. Over time, your body starts to thank you for it.
And honestly, that’s what this journey is all about:

Small changes.

Consistency.

Feeling the difference.

So… be honest 👀

Would you describe foam rolling as:

😅 Torture
OR
✨ Nice?

Most people know they *should* stretch…
But doing it alone at home? That’s where it falls apart.

You’re not sure what stretches actually help.
You don’t know how long to hold them.
You start… then stop after 5 minutes.

That’s exactly why our Monday Flexibility Class exists.

Instead of trying to figure it out on your own, you get guided through a full-body session designed to help you move better, loosen tight muscles, and actually feel good afterwards — without needing to already be “flexible.”

No pressure. No complicated routines. Just an hour to switch off, move your body, and let someone else lead the way.

And if running feels intimidating or hard to stay consistent with alone…

Our Learn to Run Club on Wednesdays is built for that too. No one gets left behind, and every pace is welcome.

A friend asked me on the weekend, “So is your run club just 800m intervals and recovery?”

And honestly… that made me realise I haven’t fully explained what this workshop is actually about.

This is NOT an intense session designed to leave you exhausted or intimidated.

Our Learn to Run Workshop is focused on helping you build confidence, improve technique, and create a strong foundation for running — whether you’re brand new, returning after time off, or wanting to move better and feel stronger while you run 🏃🏼‍♀️

What we cover:
• Flexibility & stretching
• Speed + running technique drills
• A short guided run to put everything into practice

📍 Every 2 weeks
📅 Next session: 27th May

If you’d love to join us, send me a message to secure your spot 🤍

Trying to make time for family time, movement, cooking, cleaning, work, water intake and everything else can feel like a lot sometimes.

But one thing I know for sure — I genuinely love what I do 🤍

I just received an update from one of my clients sharing they’ve lost 7.5kg in 6.5 weeks 🙏

Not by starving themselves or “just eating less,” but by holistically changing their habits to create a lifestyle that feels sustainable — not like a chore.

It’s such a reminder that the small daily non-negotiables really do add up over time.

My top 3 priorities each day are:
🤍 Spending time with my family
💧 Food prep + drinking enough water
🌿 Movement (especially outdoors)

What are your top 3 non-negotiables each day? 👇

This is exactly why asking questions and sharing feedback matters 🙌

In our flexibility classes, the goal is to support each individual. If you’re not feeling a stretch where you should be, or you’re noticing other muscle groups taking over, that’s your body giving you important feedback—and it’s something we always want to hear about.

It was so rewarding to receive this kind of feedback from Monday night’s class—thank you! 💬 I was only saying the other day that as long as everyone walks away feeling value from the session, we’re on the right track.

Keep communicating, keep listening to your body, and we’ll keep improving together 💪

The end of a long weekend doesn’t have to mean rushing back into the week.

You can extend that feeling — slow mornings, time with family and friends, a more relaxed pace — just by giving your body a moment to catch up too.

So often we carry tension without noticing.
Tight hips, stiff backs.

Then you take the time to move…
to breathe…
to pause…

…and things start to change.

Flexibility isn’t about forcing your body into positions.
It’s about creating enough space and time for it to let go.

Less pushing.
More allowing.

A simple way to finish the weekend feeling a little lighter, a little looser, and a bit more like yourself again…
