Cooler mornings, less sunshine, more time indoors, and, unfortunately, the arrival of coughs, colds, and lingering bugs.

Perimenopause and Menopause are NOT the same thing.

Many women use these terms interchangeably, but they're actually two very different stages of hormonal change.

🔹 PERIMENOPAUSE
→ Often begins in your late 30s or 40s
→ Oestrogen and progesterone start to fluctuate
→ Periods may become irregular, heavier, lighter, or more unpredictable
→ Symptoms can include hot flushes, mood changes, anxiety, sleep disturbances, brain fog, fatigue, weight changes and headaches
→ This phase can last anywhere from 4–10 years

🔸 MENOPAUSE
