Introducing SeeWay to the next generation of optometrists

Many optometrists across Queensland are already embracing SeeWay in their clinics. This year SeeWay introduced our new initiative to QUT (Queensland University of Technology) fifth year optometry students, showcasing the holistic support SeeWay provides patients with permanent vision changes between visits to the clinic.

Low vision care goes far beyond the clinic – having the right support can help ensure changes in vision don’t quietly lead to disconnection from activities, confidence, or the people and routines that matter. And when vision changes are part of life, learning new ways of doing things, or talking through the adjustment can make a meaningful difference, both for the person experiencing vision loss and for those close to them.

SeeWay is excited to collaborate with QUT Optometry and Vision Science – ensuring future optometrists are ready to leverage the holistic support SeeWay provides to complement their clinical care for all Australians.
