We're seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our specialist property management team based in East Brisbane.
This is a genuine part-time position of approximately 28 hours per week, worked across Monday to Friday, offering an experienced property professional the opportunity to remain in the industry while enjoying greater work-life balance and a varied, hands-on role.
You will work closely with our Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of inspections, maintenance coordination, property handovers and operational support across our growing portfolio of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties.
