Many parents are surprised to learn that hard, painful poos can become a long-term problem if constipation isn't treated early.

Key things that help:
💧Regular big water drinks
🍎Fruit and vegetables daily
🚽A consistent toilet routine
🏃‍♂️Physical activity and movement
👩‍⚕️Following your healthcare team's advice

Remember, constipation often needs active treatment and support, it doesn't always resolve with diet changes alone.

Healthy bowels help children feel comfortable, confident, and ready to thrive 💛

🚨 New Blog Alert 🚨

Big feelings aren’t just hard for kids — they can feel overwhelming for parents too. 💜

Our newest blog, Parent Self-Regulation Part 1, explores how staying calm, noticing your own “shark music,” and responding with connection can help children feel safer and more supported during emotional moments.

Inside, we share:
✨ what parent self-regulation actually means
✨ simple calming strategies for stressful moments
✨ why repair matters more than perfection
✨ how your calm helps shape your child’s emotional skills

Because sometimes the most powerful support we can give our children… starts with regulating ourselves first. 🌿
