A big reason to be stress-free is health. Stress produces cortisol, which in large quantities contributes to:
• Cell damage
• Suppressed immune system
• Lower Cardiovascular health
Long-term cardiovascular health is most important. Stress causes higher blood pressure and blocked arteries over time. Stress impacts lining throughout the body, increasing infection and cell damage, and slower healing.
Even if there are relationship, financial and life issues, you need ways to handle stress and feel good. Now for the positive stuff. Use hormones oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin to your advantage:
• Move your body, and in a place you like
• Spend time with people you like
• Be in nature when you can
• Time with pets and animals
• 20 minutes of meditation/hypnosis
• Music and dancing
• There are lots of ways
Avoid ci******es, processed food and alcohol. They are just really ineffective at making you healthy and feel better. And they contribute to cell damage, suppressed immune system and lower cardiovascular health.
Make sure Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Iron and Magnesium are at optimal levels.
Even if there are relationship, financial and life issues, I won't let stressing about it become my Mode of Operation.
Using the power of mind I'll find a new perspective and do anything on this list to counterbalance stress. 30-60 minutes is sufficient. A little time is needed to "do the opposite of stress."
Stress to confidence. Stress is thinking about the problem, and confidence gained through progress. Use the following:
• Gain knowledge about situation
• Work on solutions
• Say "no" to other people's stress
• Say "thank you" to blessings
• Be aligned, true to yourself
