Experienced with ASD/ADHD & Behaviour Support | Young Male Participant | Ipswich & Surrounds

Illumina Supports is growing, and we’re looking for a calm, confident, and experienced Support Worker to join our team. This role is for a young male participant who thrives with structure, patience, and workers who genuinely understand ASD/ADHD.

💛 About the Role
You’ll be supporting a young man to build independence, develop daily living skills, and enjoy meaningful routines. This role suits someone who is grounded, reliable, and able to create a safe, predictable, and positive environment.

🌱 We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
Strong experience supporting individuals with ASD/ADHD
Confidence working with behaviours of concern
A calm, consistent, and strengths‑based approach
Excellent communication and emotional regulation
Ability to follow behaviour support plans and work within a team
A genuine passion for helping people grow and feel safe

This picture ❤️ this was taken by my amazing friend . When I received the gallery I literally felt my heart beam because she captured what I felt and it always speaks volumes to how lucky I am as a business owner to have an amazing team supporting our most vulnerable! Since this picture was taken we have grown and I haven’t been able to capture our whole team…..again….yet! Working with these gals has been an absolute delight and something I am beyond proud of. We also have some amazing fellas on our team aswell! Build a strong team and you’ll do and achieve amazing things! As much as we are incredibly grateful for our amazing women who support, I would like to acknowledge our participants, mothers, sisters, daughters, Nanna’s and advocates who show up every day with compassion!

We see the quiet strength in the way you support others. We see the leadership in the way you advocate for independence and inclusion and lastly we see the impact you make in the lives of the people around you! Keep shining bright! ☀️
