Kia ora everyone 💜

I’ve had a bit of time off while moving through some personal transformation. These energetic changes have thrown me around a little, and I’m learning to stop fighting the process and give myself the space to move through it.

I’ve needed to make some changes within myself to flourish in all areas of my life. That has meant being honest about what I’m holding onto, what’s no longer helping me, and what I’m ready to do differently.

Evolving can be challenging, especially when we dig our toes in and resist the changes we know we need. Even when we want to move forward, letting go of what’s familiar can feel uncomfortable.

I’m reminding myself that I don’t need to have everything figured out to take the next step. I can listen, learn, make a different choice, and give that choice time to grow.

If you’re moving through something similar, give yourself a little kindness along the way. There’s room to acknowledge how far you’ve come while still learning where you want to go.

I’m easing back into readings and healings this week and looking forward to connecting with you again. Thank you for being here. 🌿
