I have just made this DIY Pit Detox for a friend. It is designed to help draw out buildup, refresh the skin, and support the transition from conventional antiperspirants to natural deodorants.

Why do people use a pit detox:
• Helps remove product buildup from soaps, deodorants & antiperspirants
• Great before starting a natural deodorant journey
• When you’re stressed — stress sweat is often stronger-smelling than regular sweat
• Anytime you need a little refresh
• Before or after sports seasons or intense physical activity
• If you’re doing lymphatic drainage or lymphatic massage treatments

DIY Pit Detox Recipe:
• 1 tbsp bentonite clay or kaolin clay
• 1 tbsp activated charcoal
• 2 tbsp water

How to use: Mix ingredients into a smooth paste. Apply to clean underarms and leave until dry. Wipe away with a damp cloth and shower. Repeat every few days as needed.
