I created this cartoon after I had experienced my first ever KaHuna massage in 2007. Easier to explain it in a drawing than in words.
But, it literally felt like I was floating a few inches above the table.
It wasn't long after I booked in to do the Kahuna Bodywork training at the amazing Mette's Institute of Bodywork & Personal Development in Kin Kin, Qld. And the rest is history! :)

This Friday marks the day of the Winter Solstice in the southern hemisphere and the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere.
For us, here in Australia this means the shortest day and longest night of the year and in the Northern atmosphere it is the opposite. In Sweden (where I was born) the sky wont even get dark this magical night of Midsummer!

I am excited to offer you the most relaxing, soothing, rebalancing and BEST (in my own and many of my clients opinions) massage there is - Kahuna massage or Lomi Lomi.

I received my first KaHuna massage in 2006 when I had issues with a sore back...however, I soon discovered that the modality provides so much more than "just" pain relief. It really brings you back to earth, gets you out of your head and balances the nervous system. Just a divine massage!
It is a full body oil massage where long flowing strokes are used on both sides of the body at the same time. You will feel that your brain can switch off and you can just surrender to the experience.
