Yesterday was International Yoga Day, and we want to take a moment to appreciate the incredible impact of our Mindful Movers program over the years🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ Thank you to Miss Shell, Miss Paisley and our casual staff for facilitating such a supportive space for our members to be stimulated mentally, physically, and socially 💙 Our team celebrated with a Friday afternoon chair yoga session, which was a relaxing way to end a big week!
