Women’s Health Week is a reminder that women’s health deserves to be prioritised — not put on the bottom of the list 🤍
Held from 7–11 September 2026, Women’s Health Week is an annual week dedicated to improving women’s health and wellbeing, while encouraging women to take an active role in understanding, advocating for and caring for their health.
And we think that matters.
Because women’s bodies are constantly changing throughout life. Our hormones, reproductive health, mental wellbeing and physical health are deeply connected, and the care we need can change from one season of life to the next.
Women’s Health Week gives us an opportunity to stop, check in with ourselves and ask:
What does my body need from me right now?
That might look like finally booking the appointment you’ve been putting off, asking more questions about a symptom, learning more about your cycle, prioritising preventative health, or simply giving yourself permission to seek support.
At Womb to World, this is at the heart of what we do.
We support women through the many transitions of life, offering care that considers the whole woman — not just one symptom or one stage of her journey.
So this Women’s Health Week, we’re encouraging you to put your health back on the list.
We’ve written a special blog exploring why Women’s Health Week matters and how you can use this week as an opportunity to take a more intentional approach to your health.
