We specialise in supporting independent living to adults over 18 years of age; servicing Brisbane & Moreton Bay region, QLD We are currently focusing on providing quality housing and developing state of the art accessible homes.

Due to flooding, our Morayfield Hub will remain closed on Friday 23 October 2026.

Please keep yourself and others safe:

💧 If it is flooded, forget it! Never drive, walk or swim through floodwater.

🚨 If someone’s life is in danger, call Triple Zero (000).

📞 For flood or storm assistance where life is not in immediate danger, call the State Emergency Service (SES) on 132 500.

Check official weather warnings and road closures before travelling, and follow advice from emergency services.

A walk worth celebrating 💙👟

Although The Walk for Awareness was cancelled due to the weather, a break in the rain gave two people we support the opportunity to head out for a walk with our Care to Change team.

Taking part was important to them, and our staff helped make it happen. 💛

This was a fantastic achievement and a testament to the care, flexibility and commitment of our team. Supporting someone means listening to what matters to them and helping them work towards it, even when plans need to change.

Well done to the two people who took part, and thank you to the staff who supported them along the way!

Offices start from $160 a day plus GST, before discount. Each office has Wi-Fi, a monitor, an ergonomic chair and use of the shared kitchen. Book long term, by the day, or as you need it, with no minimum booking.
