The vagus nerve is often called the “soul nerve” — a quiet current connecting body, mind, and spirit.
Lately, I’ve been exploring its wisdom through The Vagus Nerve Reset, and it’s been a gentle invitation back to my center.
This isn’t just about relaxation — it’s about reminding the body it’s safe, learning to soften in the moments we tense, and trusting that deep rest is not weakness, but a powerful form of healing.
Through breath, stillness, and subtle practices, I’m learning how to nourish my nervous system and show up from a more grounded, resourced place.
