Positive affirmations are statements that you say to yourself to assist in providing a positive outlook and self-worth. They help challenge your unhelpful and negative thoughts. There is plenty of psychological science that sits behind the use of affirmations.
To practice positive affirmations simply choose a phrase and repeat it to yourself often. Sing it in the shower, write it down, repeat it on the bus! They are so simple and easy to use, why not give it a try.

It's time to clean your diffuser...

It is important to regularly clean your diffuser, but it is often a forgotten job. Here is a cleaning guide to keep your diffuser fresh, clean and pumping out the aroma.

Twice per week
1. Wipe down the inside water reservoir and misting plate.
2. Rinse with clean water and dry with a clean cloth.

Once per month
1. Fill your diffuser with water.
2. Add 10 drops of white vinegar.
3. Run the diffuser for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Empty the reservoir and rinse with clean water.
5. Wipe down any excess water and allow to air dry.

Easy!
