There is nothing quite like a Mum in her element. This Mother’s Day, we sat down with two of our own - RAYS Head of People & Culture Brenda, and Brisbane Patient Support Team Lead Tai - and asked them what wellness actually looks like when life is full of love, chaos, and everything in between.
What they shared was honest, unfiltered, and refreshingly real about what changes when you finally start putting yourself first - an encouraging reminder that the journey to wellness rarely looks linear.

Because prioritising yourself isn’t a luxury - it’s the foundation everything else is built on. Wellbeing is not something you find when everything settles. It’s something you have to choose, even when life is full.
