SKIN PROGRESS with Elisha!
Absolutely angelic skin! 🤍

We’ve been focussing on skin hydration + gentle exfoliation in between needling sessions!
We did our newest addition CARBOXY to intensively nourish & oxygenate her skin 🫧 & introduced Buccal - huge game changer for releasing tension inside the mouth 🤲🏼

SKIN CYCLING 🚴‍♀️
Now it’s WINTER it’s time to assess if your skin needs any adjustments with actives & hydration! 🥶❄️
I actually use both - hydration+ & intensive ageless depending on how it’s feeling! Usually Hydration+ in the morning & intensive ageless at night whilst it’s repairing 🌙

What’s my skin schedule right now?
I switch out the 2% salicylic for the 2% lactic cleanser (BHA to AHA) so my skin doesn’t get complacent and get focus on gentle exfoliation whilst hydrating!
I use retinol 2-3 times a week and space it out to every 2-3 days
Niacinamide on nights I’m not using retinol for barrier protection & brightening!
Vitamin C 1-2 times a week! 🍋
8% glycolic scrub with water once a week.
I’ll probably swap retinol & vitamin c use times over the next few weeks depending how my skin goes (she’s very happy skin right now so no need to rock the 🛶)
