Physical health and mental wellbeing are closely connected, yet it's easy to put one, or both, on the back burner when life gets busy.
A routine GP appointment can help identify health concerns early, monitor existing conditions, and keep you on track with preventive care. It's also an opportunity to talk about stress, sleep, mood, anxiety, adjustment after service, or any challenges affecting your wellbeing.

This Men's Health Week, take a moment to check in with yourself. If it's been a while since your last appointment, now could be the right time to prioritise your health.
Your health matters. Your wellbeing matters.
