High protein Yogurt Jar 🍓

One thing about me: I’m not wasting calories on boring food. If I can make it high protein, delicious AND fit my macros… I will. 😂

Here’s the recipe:

• 150g high protein yogurt (I used Chobani Vanilla — 20g protein per 170g)
• 20g whey protein powder — use your favourite one
• 100g frozen berries (lower calories than most fruits and SO good for volume)
• 20g granola — I used Kellogg’s High Protein Granola
• Zero calorie chocolate syrup from Mr. Taste

And yes… just because something is “high protein” doesn’t mean it’s low calorie 👀
Granola is DELICIOUS, but calorie dense, so I use a smaller amount just to give that perfect crunch.

Method:

First things first: weigh EVERYTHING.
Healthy food can still put you over your calories and macros if you’re just guessing portions.

If your goal is fat loss, body recomposition or building muscle while staying lean, tracking matters.

I mixed the whey protein into the yogurt first until it became super creamy. Then I weighed the berries and granola separately and started building layers:

✨ yogurt + protein
✨ berries
✨ granola

Repeat the layers and finish with the zero calorie chocolate syrup on top 🍫

Easy, high protein, low effort and tastes like dessert.

Macros:
276 calories | 30g carbs | 3g fat | 35g protein 💪
