Meet Donna, the founder of GDS Plan Management Australia. 💜

Donna’s connection to the NDIS began from the participant side of the system, giving her firsthand experience of what it can be like to navigate plans, funding and supports. When she decided to turn that lived experience into something that could help others, she also completed a dual Certificate IV in Disability and Mental Health.

Today, that combination of lived experience and knowledge sits at the heart of GDS Plan Management.

Donna believes people deserve to feel heard, understood and confident when it comes to their NDIS funding and that Plan Management should feel personal, not like you’re dealing with a faceless organisation.

Outside of GDS, you’ll find Donna spending time with her family, heading to local wineries and venues for live music, or watching a movie guaranteed to make her cry. 😂

GDS Plan Management is based in Geelong and supports NDIS participants Australia-wide.

If you’ve ever wondered who’s actually behind the invoices, numbers and paperwork at GDS Plan Management Australia, meet Jane!

Jane works in Invoice Compliance & Processing, bringing a pretty impressive mix of experience to the role: 12 years in nursing and 11 years as a Taxation Specialist. That means plenty of experience with care, attention to detail and getting the numbers right!

Jane joined Geelong Disability Services in July 2024 and has quickly become a much-loved part of the team, usually with a bit of singing happening somewhere in the office. 🎶

Originally a country girl from near Mount Arapiles–Tooan, outside of work Jane loves crystals, dancing in the rain and apparently makes a very good lasagna AND brownies.

It’s people like Jane who are behind our promise of people before paperwork, real people taking care of the details and supporting participants across Australia.
