At Em Beauté, Thea, Nina and Tiffany have all been personally trained and mentored by me to follow the Em Beauté Method: the techniques, styling and quality standards I’ve developed over many years.

Today, my role was to coach, observe and ensure every set met the Em Beauté standard. I believe great leadership isn’t just about doing the treatment yourself. It’s about developing a team that shares the same values, skills and passion for excellence.
I’m so proud of how far Thea, Nina and Tiffany have come. Watching their confidence and artistry continue to grow is one of the most rewarding parts of building Em Beauté. 🤍
