Becoming unstuck.

Sometimes we don’t need to push forward.

We need to move what has become stuck.

This Sunday, we’ll use movement, breath and embodied practice to release stagnation in the body and mind, ground our awareness, and make space for what wants to emerge with the New Moon in Virgo.

As always, there will be meditation, reflection, cacao, oracle cards, journaling and a little looking to the stars.

A few hours to step out of the noise.

To listen.

To come back to yourself, in the company of other women.

You don’t need to arrive with anything figured out.

Just your full, unfinished self.

This Sunday, we gather under the New Moon in Virgo.

A little time to stop.
To get quiet before we get loud.
To ask better questions.

What needs tending?
What wants to change?
What do I already know?

We’ll move gently.
Meditate. Reflect.
Look to the stars.
Share ceremonial cacao and nourishing food.

We’ll make space for what’s been asking for our attention, and for the wisdom that tends to surface when we finally become still enough to hear it.

No fixing.
No striving.

Just women, together, listening.

Rewoven is an intimate day of rest, creativity, reflection and embodied practice — held among the green hills of Pullenvale, just 20 minutes from Brisbane.
