Move With Us is a new community walk & coffee catch up đź’›

Every Thursday from 9am–11am, we’ll meet at Orion Lagoon Cafe and then go for a gentle group walk along the walking trail and then head to the cafe for a coffee or cold drink afterwards.

This is a fully inclusive, come as you are space! Wheelchair accessible, pram friendly, and open to all abilities. Everyone is welcome here!

You can stay for the full two hours or just pop in for part of it. No pressure at all. The whole point is to move together, meet new people, see familiar faces, and feel part of your local community.

No bookings needed. Just community 🫶🏼

Free to be Me is a disability support service that specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals.

We are all about being supported and celebrated for exactly who you are. No boxes to fit into. No expectations to meet. Just real support that helps you feel proud of who you are, proud of who you're becoming and supported through the everyday challenges along the way.

We currently offer:

- 1:1 community access
- Supported holidays
- Social group outings
