OMFG!!! I WON!!!! 🥹🥹

I feel so honoured to have received the award last night for Favourite Maker/Creator for my art contributions in the Art Exhibition.

My humble little piercings hanging on the gallery wall. 😭

A performance so good, it demanded it's own spotlight ✨️🔦

Sin and I performed on Opening night for the Exhibition. It was a beautiful, honest, raw scene that touched on themes of trust, respect, power exchange, vulnerability and transformation. It brought out a few gasps, cheers and even some to tears. 🥹

What did it consist of exactly? That's only for those who got to witness it in person to know 😉

Sin wore my artwork with pride and did such a fantastic job being my Living Pin Cushion.
I feel a sense of destiny brewing between us and am so eager for all the future possibilities we get to explore!

Sin, I can never stop thanking you enough.
You contributed a huge amount, you were my constant cheerleader and the performance or my exhibition would not have happened without you. 🙏🫶

To be back performing again after so many years, has renewed my love and passion for it.
This won't be the last you see of us 🖤😈

10 years ago, if you'd told me I'd be exhibiting photographs of my artistic piercings in an art gallery, I'd have laughed. Even harder if I'd heard I'd be performing again.

Body piercing has always been seen as a service to me. But somewhere along the way, it became something more.
I realised these installations weren't just piercings. They were moments of trust. Temporary masterpieces created on living bodies. Art that existed for only a few minutes before disappearing forever, leaving only a photograph and the memory behind.

This past week, those moments were hanging on gallery walls.
Watching strangers stop, study them, ask questions, and see beauty in something they'd never considered before... that was one of the proudest moments of my career.
It reminded me that art doesn't have to fit inside a frame or follow tradition to deserve a place in a gallery.

Thank you to Newcastle KinkFest and the Exhibition Collaborative for giving unconventional artists a platform. 🖤

To my lovely pin cushion Sin, thank you for helping bring our live performance to life with absolute trust and commitment. 🖤

To every client whose body became part of this collection, thank you for allowing me to create with you. 🖤

I'm incredibly honoured to be one of 14 artists exhibiting in this year's Newcastle KinkFest Art Exhibition.

This exhibition brings together a diverse collection of artists exploring themes of power, identity, intimacy and human connection through a wide range of creative mediums.
I'll be exhibiting a collection of my photographic works documenting artistic piercing installations I have executed. Intimate body art created through collaboration, trust and the human body as a living canvas.

On Opening Night, I'll also be presenting a live theatrical performance alongside my incredible Living Pin Cushion, exploring themes of power, vulnerability, transformation and beauty through the medium of artistic piercing.

Whether you're part of the kink community, an art lover, or simply curious to experience something beautifully different, I'd love for you to come along, support local artists, and celebrate a side of creativity that's rarely seen in a gallery setting.

Did you know you don't need a blank slate for a curation? I love working with what you've already got and seeing what magic we can create together. 💫

This project features well healed piercings, fresh piercings, a few already downsized from me and even a re-open of an old closed piercing.

It's always exciting to see the plans starting to come together. 🙌
