About the Role:

✔ Providing friendly and helpful customer service
✔ Assisting customers with their pharmacy and retail needs
✔ Stock management and merchandising
✔ General pharmacy and retail duties
✔ Supporting our pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team
✔ Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

What We're Looking For:
• Previous pharmacy or retail experience is preferred, but not essential
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and organised
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Experience in pharmacy isn't essential — we're happy to provide training to the right person!

*Upcoming changes to COVID-19 vaccinations!**

Previously, all patients were eligible for a funded COVID-19 vaccine.

However, from 1 October, funded COVID-19 vaccines are only available to those eligible for Medicare and who meet one of the following requirements:

· all adults aged 75 years and over (one dose every 6 months)

· adults aged 65–74 years (one dose every 12 months)

· Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50–74 years (one dose every 12 months)

· all adults aged 18 years and over with severe immunocompromise (one dose every 12 months).

Patients who are not eligible for a funded COVID-19 vaccine, either due to not being eligible for Medicare or not meeting any of the above requirements, cannot receive their vaccination for free.

Ineligible patients can still receive the vaccine, however there will be a charge involved. We are awaiting advice on what that charge may look like.

From now until October 1, the current regulations apply. Please contact CP Peoples Chemist for any questions you have about your vaccinations.

Over the coming weeks, you may notice some building works taking place inside Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse. While we’re doing everything we can to minimise any disruption, there may be a little extra noise or slight changes to how you move through the store.
