It’s graduation day tomorrow at the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training 🔥

During the nine weeks of training, everyone fell in love with Andrew 😍 Just like he has done with our community for 28 years, during the nine weeks he was always there to help others and his smile and positive nature uplifted all ❤️

He is teaching his first class this Tuesday at 5.30pm. Come and be a part of something special ❤️

We’re turning 28 and we’re celebrating the only way we know how - with bliss, belly laughs and beloved community 😃😆❤️

Our wildly talented musicians Mitch, Rowena, Kayoko and Silv will collaborate their unique gifts with a magical sound journey leaving us floating between deeply grounded and wonderfully dreamy 🎸🌟

Then we flip the vibe to what our community is famous for, having a belly laugh together. Let’s try something new - Laughter Yoga! 😆Expect silliness, joy, connection and the kind of laughs that make your cheeks hurt 🤪

Your body is your temple 🌟 Take care of it 🌟 Your Soul lives here 🌟 Self-Realisation begins 🌟 Full heart gratitude to for painting and fixing our facade with their ‘we will do anything to help you’ attitude while hanging from ropes with their biggest smiles 🤩 AND for your creativity and love in designing and spray painting our temple door. The care you took in getting it perfect for us was beyond expectation WE LOVE IT ❤️
