We’re Hiring – Dementia Support Worker / Experienced Dementia Care Staff

We are currently looking for compassionate, experienced, and dedicated individuals with dementia care experience to join our team.

If you have experience supporting people living with dementia and are passionate about providing person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and wellbeing, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
• Experience working with people living with dementia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
• Ability to support daily living activities and emotional wellbeing
• Relevant care/aged care qualifications (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team

What we’re looking for:

It's hands-on, practical, outdoors and perfect for someone who could be looking for:

🌿Casual hours to fit around study or another job
🌿A way to earn a little extra while doing meaningful work
🌿A low-commitment role where you can still make a difference

You don't need to be a professional gardener or landscaper... we are looking for someone with reliability, strong communication skills, flexibility and a friendly approach.

Current First Aid/CPR, NDIS Screening Card, NDIS Worker Orientation, Working With Children Check and a Drivers Licence are needed for this role.
