Ardent Disability Care is seeking experienced Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a paediatric participant with complex care needs in the Redbank Plains area.

This role involves awake day, afternoon, and night shifts and is suited to support workers who are confident providing high-intensity disability support.

Essential requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ high-intensity paediatric disability support experience
✅ Certificate III or above in Individual Support or Disability
✅ Current Blue Card
✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Open driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Experience with PEG feeding, seizure management, and suctioning is highly regarded.

We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional support workers who can provide safe, consistent, high-quality care and work collaboratively within an established care team.

🌟 We’re Hiring – Experienced Support Workers Only 🌟

Ardent Disability Care is seeking confident, experienced Support Workers to join our team across Tweed Heads, Broadbeach and Carrara.

This role is suited to mature support workers who are experienced in mental health and behaviour support, and can provide calm, consistent, and person-centred care.

About the Role:
• Support participants with daily living and community access
• Provide structured, consistent support for mental health and behaviours
• Work independently while maintaining strong professional boundaries

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in mental health and/or behaviours of concern (essential)
• Certificate III in Individual Support or higher (essential)
• Permanent work rights in Australia (essential)
• All relevant checks and clearances (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, accountable, and confident working autonomously

Pay Rate:
• Paid in accordance with the SCHADS Award (relevant level), with penalties and allowances applied
