🌟 Supporting our staff, recognising their caring responsibilities.

In September 2026, Far North Community Services became the first organisation in the Kimberley region to achieve Level 1 Activate Accreditation through the Carers + Employers Program.

We recognise that our staff have commitments outside of work and that everyone’s circumstances are different. This achievement reflects our commitment to a supportive workplace where individual circumstances are considered, while continuing to meet the needs of the people we support and our organisation.

🐎 Making the most of the Kimberley event season! 🤠

There’s always plenty happening across the Kimberley, and this is one of the busiest times of year for events, celebrations and community activities.

Recently, some of our participants in Halls Creek enjoyed heading along to the Halls Creek Rodeo, taking in the atmosphere and enjoying a great day out in their community.

At Far North Community Services, we support people to live their best life, pursuing the things that are important to them, staying connected to their community and making the most of the opportunities around them.

Whether it’s a local rodeo, a community celebration or one of the many events happening across the Kimberley, it’s about enjoying what our region has to offer and making the most of life in the Kimberley. 💛
