This NAIDOC Week, the team at Broome Pharmacy is proud to celebrate the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We are honoured to live and serve our patients on beautiful Yawuru country, always holding firm to our belief that distance should never be the difference in healthcare and community connection.

The 2026 theme, "50 Years of Deadly," celebrates five decades of the NAIDOC movement and the Elders who have championed First Nations voices.

We encourage everyone to get involved in the Kullari NAIDOC Festival! Here are some great local events happening this week:

Say hello to Emad! 👋

We’re thrilled to introduce our Pharmacist, Emad, who has been an amazing part of the Broome Pharmacy team for the last six months.

Emad is relatively new to the area—he’s been living in Broome for half a year now, proving that it doesn't take long to completely fall in love with the town.

He has fully embraced the outdoor lifestyle and admits that having everyday access to our incredible local beaches is a very nice bonus.

When he’s away from work, you’ll likely find him working up a sweat at the gym, relaxing on the sand, or looking for anyone willing to play a game of football.

We want someone who loves our town as much as we do! Because continuity of care is so important to our patients, we are specifically looking for a long-term Broome resident, or someone ready to plant their roots here for the long haul.

What You Need:

✔️ Cert III or IV in Community Pharmacy (or equivalent experience).

✔️ Top-notch accuracy and familiarity with dispensary software.

✔️ Experience with Webster-paks and inventory management.

✔️ A friendly, caring approach to customer service.
