💙🖤WELCOME TO THE SHYNA PROMISE FAMILY, LUKE!🖤💙

We are so excited to welcome Luke to our growing team of Support Workers!

Luke is caring, funny and reliable, with an easy-going nature and a calm, direct and honest communication style. He takes the time to get to know each person, understand what matters to them and provide support that respects their individual needs, preferences and boundaries.

Luke brings extensive experience from 14 years as a prison officer and eight years as an Assistant in Nursing. He also has experience supporting people living with mental health challenges in their homes and within the community. These roles have strengthened his ability to remain calm, make confident decisions and provide safe, respectful and non-judgemental support.

Outside of work, Luke loves travelling and exploring new places, spending time at the beach, enjoying good food, listening to music, sharing a laugh and spending quality time with his family.

Luke is currently available Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:00am to 3:00pm, as well as every second Sunday from 7:00am to 2:00pm. He supports participants across the Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane.

We are incredibly happy to have Luke joining the Shyna Promise family and cannot wait for our participants and families to meet him! 💙🐞

🌸 **WELCOME TO THE SHYNA PROMISE FAMILY, SARAH!** 🌸

We are so excited to welcome the lovely Sarah to our growing team of Support Workers!

Sarah is bubbly, caring and organised, with a calm and respectful approach to supporting others. Through her lived experience, Sarah understands the importance of advocacy, genuine connection and helping each participant feel heard, valued and included.

Sarah can assist with community access, daily living activities, meal preparation, household organisation, life-skills development, public transport training and building confidence and independence.

Outside of work, Sarah is family-oriented and loves spending quality time with the people closest to her. She also enjoys expressing her personality through her collection of beautiful traditional tattoos!

Sarah is currently available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays (between (9am and 2:30pm) and weekends, supporting participants across Logan and Northl to Central Gold Coast. She is unavailable on Wednesdays and Fridays, currently.

We are incredibly happy to have Sarah joining the Shyna Promise family and cannot wait for our participants and families to meet her! 💗🐞

💙 WELCOME TO THE SHYNA PROMISE FAMILY, JACEY! 💙

We are so excited to welcome Jacey to our growing team of Support Workers!

Jacey is patient, empathetic and encouraging, with a calm and respectful approach to supporting others. He understands the importance of listening, building trust and working at each participant’s pace to help them feel safe, comfortable and supported.

With a qualification in fitness and valuable family-based caring experience, Jacey brings a genuine willingness to learn and a strong commitment to helping people build their confidence, skills and independence.

Outside of work, Jacey enjoys health and fitness, playing and watching sport, cooking, spending time with family, and relaxing with The Big Bang Theory or Harry Potter!

Jacey is available Monday to Sunday from 6:00am to 8:00pm, supporting participants across the Central and Southern Gold Coast. Jacey is available and qualified to provide Personal Training Services to young people and adults.

We are incredibly happy to have Jacey joining the Shyna Promise family and cannot wait for our participants and families to meet him! 💙🐞

🌸 WELCOME TO THE SHYNA PROMISE FAMILY, RACHAEL! 🌸

We are so excited to welcome Rachael to our growing team of Support Workers!

Rachael is calm, compassionate and genuine, with a strong commitment to providing respectful, participant-led support. She brings experience in childcare, support and administration, as well as supporting children with additional needs and families experiencing grief and trauma.

Rachael holds a Diploma in Business and a degree in Environmental Science. After completing training to work with people with disabilities, Rachael has also completed her First Aid and CPR, Blue Card, Police Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Modules.

Outside of work, Rachael loves exploring markets and op shops, spending time in nature and at the beach, cooking sweet treats, travelling, watching movies and theatre, creating art, and enjoying time with her family and her dog! 🐾🌿

Rachael is currently available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm, supporting participants across Ipswich, Brisbane, Logan and surrounding areas.

We are incredibly happy to have Rachael joining the Shyna Promise family and cannot wait for our participants and families to meet her! 🩷🖤🐞
