Aşıran Rice Recipe!

Ingredients

300g diced lamb meat,
5 cups hot water,
2 cups Duru Başbaşı Bulgur,
3 teaspoons salt,
20 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Boil the meat in 5-6 cups of water. Put the bulgur in a pot, add 5 cups of meat broth and salt, and cook over high heat first, then low heat until the bulgur absorbs the water and becomes fluffy. Place the boiled meat on top, drizzle with melted butter and serve.
