If you are looking to increase your plant protein intake, not wanting to include ultra-processed protein powder ( I don’t recommend), or not knowing how to include tofu into your diet, I highly recommend you to make this tofu pancake. What’s more, it is diabetic friendly. This pancake comes with 14g protein and 6.9g fiber. This is also for someone who does not like the consistency of oat porridge but wanting to include oat to help with their cholesterol.
This tofu pancake is more filling than the usual pancake due to its high protein and fiber contents. For those who does not like the taste of tofu, do not worry as this pancake does not have any tofu bland taste.
Most importantly, my kids try it and they give it a big thumb up!
Best of all, it is kidney friendly if you have them as per suggested serving size.
