One of the biggest things I work on with my clients inside HHF is this:
What are you actually accepting for yourself?
Not what you say you want.
Not what you plan to do.
What you’re allowing… day to day.

What does your self-care actually look like when no one’s watching?
Is it something you can rely on? Or does it come and go depending on how you feel?

And then there’s this…
How do you let people treat you?
Because this is where things really start to shift.
People don’t set your standards. They follow them.
What you tolerate becomes normal. What you allow becomes who you are.

And if you’re really honest…
The life you say you want doesn't quite match what you’re currently available for.

This is about becoming her.
The woman who looks after herself without needing to be perfect. Who has standards, even on the hard days. Who follows through. Who respects herself enough to stop settling. Who doesn’t tolerate disrespect — and will walk away when she’s not appreciated or valued.

You don’t need more discipline. You don’t need to start over again.
You need alignment.
You need to decide what you’re no longer available for.
