You’re pinned down by locked in beliefs which put obligations first
Deferring to them rather than coming from your power.

You picked this “obligation” up from your dad - linked to his responsibility to family.

This causes you stress because if you feel you’re going against it, you believe your relationships will be affected / lost

This is what’s holding you back, being more of you in your power!
