A Mother’s Intuition.
When the most common response you face is “they’ll grow out of it”…but your Mama gut says, No something could actually be done about this.
Listen & ask for help, you never know where it might lead. What we all need is support, safety & understanding. Being heard fully, without interruption.

My job is to facilitate the space for this, hold space for your healing and your child’s development.
Why grow out of it, when maybe all your child’s body needed was to learn how to integrate, process and reset. A healthy nervous system is the basis of all healthy development.

📷 It has been magical supporting this Mama & her baby boy the past month! A few issues we were able to work on:
1. Latching for better suck & comfort for mum
2. Stuck Gas & irritability - good tummy massages and cranio-sacral mobilisations to create movement.
Everyone is feeling much more settled 💕

After what has been a whirlwind March, it was so nice to start April with rest & resetting by the ocean!

I've had my first few days in my new practice and it has been so fun! Putting on my "business hat", figuring out my own admin. But best of all meeting so many new patients!

It's been 6weeks since Vitalia fell into my arms, and finally today the keys are in my pocket!
I am ever so grateful for every person in my life who has constantly encouraged me to run my own practice over the years. Who knew, the year I decided to cut back & take on more mum life, is the year a beautiful clinic came my way.
I can already feel how nurturing 2026, a lot of growth is about to come my way. I cannot wait to share this journey & healing space with whom ever needs me as their chiro 🙌
