💛 Supporting Hummingbird House in Tessa’s Honour 💛

Our school community is coming together in support and remembrance of Tessa, holding her family close in our thoughts during this difficult time.

During this time, we are honouring her memory while supporting a truly special place — Hummingbird House.

Hummingbird House provides compassionate care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. It is a place of comfort, love, and dignity for those who need it most.

To give back in Tessa’s honour, we are holding a donation drive:
☕ Friday 19 June – All coffees sold will go towards purchasing items from Tessa’s wish list for Hummingbird House.
👉 Get behind Tessa, grab a coffee, and show the amazing Palmview community spirit by supporting such a meaningful cause.
💛 Ongoing donations – Our community is also invited to contribute via cash or EFT at the tuckshop during opening hours, from now until the end of Term 2.

All funds raised will be used to purchase items off Tessa's wish list on Amazon.

Tessa absolutely loved hiding these special rocks for other kids at QCH 🤍

To see this come to life in her honour is so incredibly special. What brought her joy will now bring smiles to so many other families during some really tough times.

💜🪨 THIS 20KG BAG OF ROCKS HAS A VERY SPECIAL PURPOSE 🪨💜

To most people, it's just a bag of rocks...

But to me, it's 20kg of kindness, hope, love, and smiles waiting to be shared. 🦋✨

Every single rock in this bag will be hand-painted in honour of Tessa and will become part of a special kindness project dedicated to keeping her light shining bright.

These rocks will be shared with the Childhood Cancer Accommodations in Brisbane, where families can take them, hide them, and spread smiles during some of life's toughest moments. 💜

Many will also be shared with Tessa's family and friends, who will continue spreading kindness by hiding them throughout their community in her honour.

Each rock will be tagged with Tessa's memorial page, Hearts for Tessa Forever, so every find can help share her story, her courage, and the light she brought into this world. 🦋

So watch this space... because this 20kg bag of rocks is about to become hundreds of opportunities to make someone smile, spread kindness, and ensure Tessa's light continues to touch lives far and wide. 💜✨

Our page began as “75000 People to SAVE Tessa” , a place filled with hope, strength, and an incredible community who stood beside our beautiful girl every step of the way.

While Tessa is no longer with us, the love, support, and unity this page represents will never fade.

We have changed the name of this page to honour Tessa’s life, her courage, and the light she brought into this world. This space will continue to celebrate her, remember her, and keep her spirit alive.

Thank you for loving our girl so fiercely. She will always be with us 🤍🩷

A final journey fit for our beautiful girl 🤍

Carried gently in a horse-drawn carriage, surrounded by family and friends who formed a guard of honour, with bubbles floating through the air and her favourite song “Shake It Off” playing.

A farewell filled with love, strength, and the most beautiful send-off for our warrior princess🤍🪽

🤍🪽On the morning of 22.05.26, our beautiful Tessa passed away peacefully, with her mum Renee by her side 🤍🪽

Today Friday May 29th, we gathered at Albany Creek Memorial Park to celebrate the life of our precious girl. Surrounded by close friends and family, we shared memories, tears, and love as we honoured and said goodbye.

Pink and white roses filled the space - a perfect tribute to our brave and beautiful warrior princess 🌸🤍

Tessa, you touched more hearts in your short time than most do in a lifetime. Your strength, courage, and light will never be forgotten.

Renee, my heart is with you always. The love you gave Tessa, the strength you showed, and the way you stood by her every step of the way is something so deeply powerful. You are forever her safe place, her mum, her everything - and that will never change 🤍

Forever loved, forever remembered. Fly high, sweet girl 🕊️💗
