Small changes can shift how you move, think, and recover.
As we move into June (and hit the halfway point of the year), itโs a good time to reset - not with big changes, but with small, consistent ones.
This month, try a few of these:
๐ณ Aim for protein at breakfast
๐ง 5 minutes of daily mobility
โ๏ธ Get some sunlight during your lunch or coffee break
๐ต Decrease screen time at night
๐ฑ Try something new
Nothing extreme. Just more awareness in the everyday.
And maybe the most important one,
๐ง Check in with how youโre actually feeling.
