Small changes can shift how you move, think, and recover.

As we move into June (and hit the halfway point of the year), itโ€™s a good time to reset - not with big changes, but with small, consistent ones.

This month, try a few of these:
๐Ÿณ Aim for protein at breakfast
๐Ÿง  5 minutes of daily mobility
โ˜€๏ธ Get some sunlight during your lunch or coffee break
๐Ÿ“ต Decrease screen time at night
๐ŸŒฑ Try something new

Nothing extreme. Just more awareness in the everyday.

And maybe the most important one,
๐Ÿง  Check in with how youโ€™re actually feeling.

Your body often shows you what it needs before your mind catches up.
