🌺 4X Saturday half-day retreat 🌺

✨ YOU SPOKE, WE LISTENED! ✨

Our Chakra Journey has been reimagined into a beautiful 4-Week Chakra Retreat — designed to feel less like a course and more like a mini half-day wellness retreat each week. 🌿💜

Starting this November, join Els Kennedy & Jaime Coomber for four nurturing mornings where we’ll explore the energetic chakra system in a relaxed, supportive and welcoming space.

Across the 4 weeks, you’ll be invited to:

🌈 Learn about your 7 Chakras and how they connect with your physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing
🧘‍♀️ Explore meditation, grounding and restorative practices
✨ Create space for reflection, connection and self-awareness
🤍 Connect with a small group of like-minded people
🎶 Finish each morning immersed in the beautiful, soothing sounds of Els Kennedy’s Sound Meditation

Think learning meets retreat — a few hours each week to step away from the busyness, slow down, reconnect with yourself and nourish your body, mind & soul.
