🧡 Specialist Therapy Assistants
For people who enjoy working directly with Autistic children and want to develop specialist skills in ABA, learning and development.

🧡 Case Managers
For university-qualified professionals interested in developing their clinical knowledge and skills within a specialist Autism and behaviour analysis team.

🧡 Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners
For practitioners with NDIS Commission suitability who are looking for a collaborative, supportive team with a strong focus on Autism, behaviour assessment and evidence-based intervention.

Five years ago we got the keys to our MICAH clinic.
Feels like decades ago but also just like it was yesterday.

So proud of what we have built, for those who have built this with me, for the staff make up the current most amazing team, for the families that put their trust in us and gift us time with their precious children and for my boys who are the the reason why and the example of what quality, ethical and joy-centric intensive behaviour intervention can do. Proud of MICAH and my Micah, the coolest, funniest and most amazing 14 year old on the planet.

How amazing is this!!! It’s huge!!

A new way to communicate at the South West Sports Centre! 💬

We were proud to have our new Communication Board installed at the South West Sports Centre this week!

The new board is another step towards making our Centre more inclusive and accessible for everyone in our community.
Communication Boards use symbols, pictures and words to support people who may communicate in different ways, including people who are non-speaking or have difficulty communicating verbally.

And we’ve already seen it making a difference! 🙌
Within the first 30 minutes of installation, the board was being used by our patrons. 💙

It’s a small addition that can make a big difference, helping more people feel comfortable, confident and included when visiting the South West Sports Centre.

We’re committed to creating a welcoming space where everyone can participate, connect and communicate.

A special shout-out to Emily from Empower Every Voice and Laura from OutLoud Developmental Services for assisting with the planning and development of the Communications Board.
