🎉 1 Year of Active Physiotherapy Solutions 🎉

Today marks 1 year since I took the leap and took over ownership of Active Physiotherapy Solutions. What a journey it’s been!

Over the past 12 months, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many incredible clients — helping people move better, reduce pain, build strength, and get back to doing the things they love. Whether it’s returning to work, improving independence, or simply staying active, every win has made this year truly rewarding. 💪

I’m incredibly grateful for the support from our clients, staff, local community, valued referrers, family, friends and everyone who has trusted Active Physiotherapy Solutions with their care. Your encouragement and belief in what we’re building means everything. 🙌

This past year has been full of growth — expanding services, investing in equipment, and continuing to create a space focused on active, practical rehabilitation. And we’re only just getting started! 🚀
