MarJen Collective is growing our Support Worker team!
We’re looking for reliable, compassionate and genuine people who want to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability.
🏡 Our team supports people in their homes and communities, including day shifts, evenings, weekends and overnight/sleepover support.
✨ And here’s the best part — we want to hear from you regardless of your availability!
Maybe you can work:
💛 One day a week
💛 Weekends only
💛 Evenings
💛 Overnight/sleepover shifts
💛 A few days a week
💛 Or you’re available more regularly

We’re looking for people who are:
• Warm, patient and respectful
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable supporting people in their homes
• Person-centred and genuinely caring
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and grow
• Committed to supporting choice, independence and dignity
Experience in disability, SIL or NDIS support is highly regarded — but attitude, values and the way you treat people are just as important.
