Another great session for this beautiful lady, whom has come so far since starting with us.

She has found she has more patience with her children, doesn't yell as much, can process emotions better in heated situations and has noticed her breath has increased.

Well, isn't this such a special moment.

Normally this little fella is too busy off playing in the rocks or with buzz.... but not today... he sat quietly, watched and gently reached for his mums hand. This led to a beautiful emotional release for mum.

There is something so special about the bond a mother shares with her first born.

Every session, every reset, release, and everytime your regulate your nervous system it will look different.

Its so important to surrender and know your body has this wonderful power and ability to healing itself in the way, only it knows how.

This makes me so happy!!. This beautiful client had some HUGE progress in her session this week.

Working through all that stored emotions and trauma in her pelvic area, you can see she was lifting on side off the table during this video...

When clients have a release like this its easy to get scared of what your body is trying to do and shut down.. it was so important for me to remind my client to use her breath to work through this process and allow her body to release and relax.

AND boy did it pay off!!... after the surprise had worn off for her she said she felt great and it feels like she can breathe....

This is what its all about for me, helping and supporting people to be the best most happy, relaxed and regulated version of themselves.
