This week I made a big batch of delicious homemade bone broth! ✨
It couldn't have come at a better time, with our family feeling a little under the weather this weekend! :( There's something so comforting about a warm mug of nutrient-rich bone broth when you're not feeling your best! 💛
Slow-simmered for hours(about 72 to be exact), packed full of goodness, and made the traditional way from quality ingredients! It's one of those simple homestead staples that we always love having on hand, whether it's for sipping, soups, stews, or helping support wellness during the colder months!

This is my Ginger Bug that I started a few days ago! 🫚✨

A ginger bug is a naturally fermented culture made from fresh ginger, sugar, and water. Once it's active and bubbly, it can be used to make homemade probiotic sodas and naturally fermented drinks!

I absolutely love learning and trying traditional homestead skills that have been used for generations! There's something so rewarding about making things from scratch and watching nature do its thing! 🌱
