What a great day it was yesterday at the EmpowerHER MarketFest! Bundaberg Business Women's Network Inc did a fabulous job putting this together ❤️

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Bundy Oasis Hypnotherapy stall, chose a card, shared a conversation, or simply took a moment to connect. I met so many lovely people throughout the day and really enjoyed all the chats, stories, and connections made.

It was wonderful to be amongst such supportive local women, creativity, kindness, and community.

I’ve now drawn the winner of the complimentary hypnotherapy session, and congratulations to Melissa, who I’ve already contacted 🥳

For those who expressed an interest in being contacted, I’ll be making my way through those over the coming week or two and reaching out via whichever contact option you preferred.

This month marks the end of my first year in business, and I’ve been sitting with a lot of gratitude.

Starting Bundy Oasis Hypnotherapy wasn’t just about opening a door or putting my name on a sign. It was about trusting a calling, backing myself, and showing up with honesty, care, and respect for people’s stories.

To every person who walked through my door, picked up the phone, sent a message, or said “I don’t really know how this works, but I’m willing to try” Thank you!
Thank you for trusting me with your experiences, your fears, your hopes, and your healing. That trust is something I never take lightly.

I’ve witnessed courage in many forms this year. Quiet courage. Shaky courage. Brave first steps. And moments where something shifted in a way that words couldn’t quite explain, but you could feel it.

This year has taught me so much, about people, about healing, and about myself. It’s been humbling, grounding, and deeply meaningful.

If you’ve supported me, referred someone, encouraged me, or simply believed in what I’m building, I see you and I appreciate you more than I can say.

Here’s to the next chapter, deeper work, and continuing to hold safe space for those who are ready.

I wish you all a wonderful and safe Christmas and New Year 😘
