Patient letters shouldn't contain claims nobody said. That's why our doctors use Dict8ion

This week ABC News reported an AI medical scribe fabricated a claim of illegal drug use in a patient's file. It made it into a signed specialist letter and out to the patient's GP before anyone caught the error. The patient only found out by reading her own post-op letter.

AHPRA's position is clear: clinicians must check every AI output before it goes out. But "check it" only works if checking is actually built into the workflow, not left to chance on a busy day.

A US trial result is not an Australian validation.
None of the AI scribes being sold to Australian specialist practices have actually been validated here - and a 2026 ANZ Journal of Surgery paper says so directly.
