A warm welcome from our facilitation team to the wonderful women arriving at Quest for Life today to take part in our Moving Beyond Trauma – Just for Women residential program. 🌸

This time together offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, create space for themselves and explore practical ways to nurture healing, wellbeing and resilience.

Surrounded by care and understanding, each woman is supported to move gently through the program in a way that feels right for her. There is something incredibly powerful about women coming together — sharing a space of compassion, connection and mutual support. 💞

📆 Our next Moving Beyond Trauma program runs 12-16 Oct 2026, and spaces are still available. Call 1300 941 488 or book online: https://bit.ly/3q1ySlO

With Father’s Day this weekend, and R U OK? Day and World Su***de Prevention Day also falling this month, it’s a timely reminder of how important it is to stay connected — particularly with the men in our lives. 👨‍👧‍👦

Men are disproportionately affected by su***de in Australia, and sometimes the signs that someone is struggling can be difficult to recognise. A conversation, a moment of genuine connection, or simply letting someone know they don’t have to face things alone can matter enormously.

Join Kate Syzmanski for our next Quest Connect, where she’ll explore su***de prevention and men’s wellbeing, including some of the early signs that may indicate someone is struggling, what we can look out for, and what can help:

🗓️ When: Sunday, 6 September
⏰ Time: 2:00 – 3:00pm AEST
📍 Where: Petrea King & Quest for Life Foundation page

We’d love you to join us and be part of this supportive community. 💛

How can life’s greatest challenges become a catalyst for meaning and purpose?

🎙️ Petrea King recently joined Yara on the Legacy & Luxe podcast for a heartfelt conversation about the experiences that shaped her life and led to the creation of the Quest for Life Foundation.

Petrea shares insights from her own experience of life-threatening illness and personal loss, as well as more than three decades of supporting people living with grief, trauma, illness and other life challenges.

Together, they explore hope, resilience, finding meaning through adversity, and the importance of connection and support when life doesn’t go according to plan.

For some, Father’s Day brings laughter and gratitude. For others, it can bring grief, longing or complex memories. And for many of us, it can hold a mixture of emotions. Perhaps our happy place isn’t somewhere we need to escape to. It might be something we can cultivate - join Rachael as she shows you how. 🙂
