Whilst I didn’t take home the win this year, making the Top 5 for ABIA Cosmetic Tattooist of the Year has been nothing short of an honour. 🤎

Being in a room surrounded by so many incredibly talented people, catching up with friends and celebrating an industry that I genuinely love was such a reminder of why I do what I do.

I walked away from this night feeling incredibly proud of how far I’ve come, but more than anything, inspired for where I’m going next.
There’s still so much I want to achieve, so much I want to learn and so much more I want to bring to this industry.

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:
“I need to completely remove my old brow tattoo before I can have beautiful brows again.”

The truth? It depends.

When I’m assessing an old brow tattoo, I’m not just looking at the colour. I’m looking at:
• How saturated the pigment is
• Whether the shape can be corrected
• How much room we have to work with
• Your skin quality
• How your brows are likely to age over time

Sometimes we can achieve a beautiful correction without laser.

Sometimes one or two laser sessions are enough to soften the old tattoo before we create something new.

And sometimes, complete removal really is the best option.

There isn’t a one size fits all answer and that’s exactly why an experienced consultation matters.

My goal isn’t to sell you a treatment. It’s to recommend the path that will give you the best result five years from now, not just five weeks from now.
