A full studio, full heart 🫶
This week has been one of those weeks where I’ve looked around the room and just felt so grateful. So many people showing up for themselves, committing to their movement, getting stronger, moving better, and making time in lives that are already very full. It’s honestly pretty inspiring to witness every day.

And after watching all of you make movement a priority… I realised I need to recommit to my own a little more too.

So the other day I snuck in 15 minutes on the Wunderchair before school pick up (yes, I was slightly late 😂), and WOW. I forgot just how good — and how spicy — that little apparatus can feel.
But truly, your motivation is contagious. Your progress in studio, your consistency, your little wins and growing confidence week after week — that’s the stuff that inspires me. It’s exactly why I fell in love with Pilates, and exactly why I love what I do 🤎

Pilates is for every body — every age, every stage, every strength level, every human who wants to move a little better and feel a little stronger.

This week we’re celebrating the incredible mix of bodies we get to move with in studio… and as you can see, the boys are very much part of the party.
And some of these ones you see here have been moving with us for over 14 years 🥹🫶🏻!

We’ve got another fun week ahead in studio and there’s always space for you here, because movement belongs to everyone!

This week may have looked a little different in studio… but you all proved (unsurprisingly) just how adaptable, capable and wonderful this community is 🤎
Different angles, different views, a slightly different flow through the space — and yet the reformer still works exactly the same no matter which way it faces 😉
Because movement is movement, and you all embraced the change so beautifully.

Thank you for rolling with it, navigating the studio in a new way, laughing through the little adjustments and continuing to show up for yourselves and your movement. We know change can feel a little unfamiliar at first, but we’re so glad you trusted the process with us.

And while things may still look a little different over the next little while… it’s all part of creating an even better studio experience for you ✨

Thinking about trying Pilates but not sure where to start?

Our Matwork Classes are the perfect introduction ✨
No equipment, no pressure — just you, your body, and a supportive space to move.

You’ll flow through a mix of classical Pilates exercises and creative variations to keep things interesting, making it ideal for both beginners and those looking to challenge their practice in new ways.

With a focus on core strength, stability, and flexibility, Matwork uses your body weight (and occasionally a few fun props) to help you build a strong, balanced foundation.

Throughout May, we’ve added a handful of Matwork classes to the schedule — so if you’ve been curious about Pilates and waiting for the right time… this is it.
