I’ve spent over twenty years on a journey seeking inner peace, empowerment, forgiveness, and love for myself and others. I’ve explored various practices so when my daughter suggested I see Ree, it was with an open heart and willing spirit that I made contact. Nothing could have prepared me for the magnitude and profundity of this modality. The intricate connections revealed between physical ailments and past events has been mind blowing. The releases/ healings that have followed have changed my life - physically and spiritually. I begin each day with joy and gratitude in my heart. It has been and continues to be the most exciting, challenging, freeing, and beautiful journey imaginable. Ree is gentle, compassionate and totally non-judge mental. I feel so very blessed to have been guided to her.

The Emotion Code is a way to release trapped emotions from within our body. We regularly get interrupted when processing an emotion. This energy gets stuck.

If you think of your body as the most advanced computer on the planet, what happens with these trapped emotions means the hardware is not running at its full potential.

Releasing trapped emotions helps return the body to a state of balance.

You might have noticed a name change.

This name change is a work in progress. I am transitioning across to Light Within The Darkness.

There has been a letting go and surrendering to The Healing Garage to make space to be able to step with ease and grace to the new name.

The new name I have also realized a name for what I do with my clients. I am a Spiritual Mentor. This encompasses all that I do enabling me to draw on many tools in my tool kit of knowledge to help empower my wonderful clients.

I look forward to working with existing clients and new clients.
